Specialist in Arabic manuscript cataloging and digital heritage database management, with more than 13 years of professional experience at the Institute of Arabic Manuscripts.
He works on developing AI-powered deep cataloging systems that integrate handwriting recognition, natural language processing, and computer vision to improve access to manuscripts and support scholarly research.
He received the Naseej Academy Award for Best Research at the 28th Annual Conference of the Special Libraries Association – Arabian Gulf Chapter (SLA-AGC) in the Professionals Category for his research, “A Multimodal System for the Classification of Arabic Manuscripts.”
