Naseej Academy participated in Bahrain's first conference aimed at librarians, held at the Kingdom's Issa Cultural Centre on Thursday, 18 April 2019. Entitled "The Role of Libraries in Supporting the Vision of the Kingdom of Bahrain 2030"

Naseej Academy, in cooperation with the IFLA Center for Arabic Speaking Libraries (IFLA-CASL), has announced the winner of its grant to attend the 2019 IFLA Annual Conference, to be held in Athens, Greece, on August 24–30, 2019.

Naseej Academy has organized an online workshop to raise awareness of Conversational Leadership. The webinar, entitled “An Introduction to Conversational Leadership”, will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, 4:00–5:00 p.m., Makkah time (UTC+3).

Professor Dr. Abdallah Hussein Metwally, General Supervisor of Naseej Academy, presented a lecture on February 14, 2019, at Taibah University, Medina, entitled "Recent Trends in the Marketing of Information Services: QR Codes as a Model".

During the closing ceremony of the 25th SLA–AGC Annual Conference & Exhibition, held March 5–7, 2019, UAE, the winners of the Naseej Academy and SLA–AGC grant to attend this year’s Mortenson Center Associates Program were announced.
