Overview

The information/knowledge landscape is changing. As a result, libraries are at a crossroads. In order to remain relevant, libraries need to adapt and change. No longer can a library focus solely on being a provider of information in response to patron requests. Rather, it must be an engaging partner that provides insight and advice in a stimulating learning environment.

Objectives

The objectives of this knowledge café are to enable participants to:
  • understand the challenges that libraries face;
  • evaluate options for addressing those challenges; and
  • develop solutions to enable your library to address current and emerging challenges
