Eng. Usamah Al-Baik 

  • Customer Experience Manager – Education Department.
  • He implements Naseej’s strategic expansion in the education sector. In his role, Mr. Al-Baik oversees the progress of adopted plans to ensure they fulfill stated objectives. In addition, he manages communication with, coordination of and alignment between teams and processes to ensure successful application of the strategy.
  • Eng. Al-Baik has 25 years’ experience in information technology and higher education software solutions. In that time, he has held several positions, including professional services and development manager in companies specializing in education technologies, business solutions and applications.
  • He worked as a library systems consultant at King Fahd National Library.
  • Eng. Al-Baik is well-versed in adopting digital transformation strategies in higher education institutions, including the application of emerging technologies such as cloud solutions, artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of Things, virtual reality, and augmented reality.
