He has contributed to developing plans and providing creative solutions to improve the institutional effectiveness of higher education and training institutions.
  • He has worked on several national projects in the higher education related to external quality assurance process. 
  • He has taken part in several local and Arab conferences and events
  • M.A. in Health Services Management, Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
  • PhD in Health Services Management, Putra University, Malaysia.
